'Binned' Hospital Medical Records Found
Three investigations have now been launched into the discovery of private medical records of dozens of patients in a bin outside Roscommon County Hospital.
The records are reported to have been found by a woman out walking her dog.
The office of the Data Protection Commissioner confirmed that a member of the public had contacted them about the find.
The records found reportedly relate to patients who received treatment at another Midlands hospital.

The Protection of Life during Pregnancy Bill has been published by the government following approval by the Cabinet. Several significant changes have been made to the outline of the Bill, which was published in April. The Minister for Health will be given the power to stop suspended an institution if deemed to be operating the Act inappropriately.

Census Analysis Shows 400% Increase In Non-Religious
In the 20 years from 1991 2011 there has been a 400% increase in the number of people with no religion. 277,237 of the population (6%) now describe themselves as atheists or agnostics, according to the latest figures released by the Central Statistics Office about Census 2011.

February Road Deaths Lowest On Record
Figures released on Friday show that February had the lowest number of road deaths for any month since records began. A total of 16 people lost their lives in crashes during the month, compared to 32 in February last year, 25 in 2007 and 31 in 2006.
