Arrests Made Over Suspect Devices Found In Cork
Two men and a woman have been arrested in connection with the discovery of a number of suspect devices found in Cork city last year.
A man and a woman in their 30s were detained in Kells, Co Meath on Tuesday, while another man in his 20s was arrested in Mallow, Co Cork.
One of the devices was found under a car at Mervue Lawn in Ballyvolane on 11 March last year.
Up to 100 houses had to be evacuated at the time.

A missing 52-year-old man from Cork has been found 'safe and well', garda have reported. John Ryan was last seen in the Shanakiel area of Cork City on Wednesday, 24 May. However, Mr Ryan has now been located and no further action is required.

Bodies Of A Man And His Daughter Found On Co Cork Beach
The bodies of a man and his three-year-old daughter have been found on a beach n west Cork. Gardai received a call from a farm at Foilnamuck, Ballydehob, just before midnight. A major search operation was launched and the bodies were recovered after a three-hour search.

Stolen Therapy Pony Found In Co Cork
A therapy pony stolen at the weekend has been safely recovered in County Cork. The eight-year-old pony was owned by the parents of a young wheelchair user who suffers from cerebral palsy. It was taken from Clonmel in County Tipperary on Saturday 29 June and was recovered by neighbouring Gardaí in Cork today, Thursday 04 July.

Missing Co Cork Teenager Found 'Safe And Well'
Missing 17-year-old Chantel Duffy has been found "safe and well", gardaí in Co Cork has reported. The teenager had been missing since Saturday, 11 July. Garda have not given any information on the teenagers whereabouts during the time that she was missing, but thanked the public for the help during the investigation.
